The
19th annual meeting of the ISCE was held August 3-8, hosted by Professor
Dr. Wittko Francke of the Institute for Organic Chemistry, University
of Hamburg, and with an organizing committee of Ian Baldwin, Thomas Hartmann,
Monika Hilker, and Wittko Francke.
Four
symposia were organized on the general topics of chemical ecology in symbiosis,
in molecular biology, in
insect-plant relationships, and in
pheromone chemistry.
